complimentary upgrade covered seating area late noise dust standard
I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment. BREAKFAST was great. The covered seating and smoking area is very well done.
I heard A LOT of noise late at night and early morning. It REALLY spoiled my stay! Cleaning was not up to standard. Dust could be seen, and it didn't look like any hoovering was done .

poor signal under door draught
the location was acceptable as it was within a reasonable walking distance to attractions.
the room i was assigned was not properly maintained. the television received a poor signal , and the small screen made it difficult to view clearly. also , there was a noticeable draught coming in under the door , likely due to poor insulation or a gap.

helpful staff luggage storage expensive parking train noise
the staff were helpful and allowed us to store luggage.
the parking charge seemed expensive considering i stayed there already, an additional cost on top. i found alternative parking nearby at a fraction of the price. it was very noisy, and i did not have a good night's sleep because of the trains constantly going past.

clean room helpful staff great breakfast
I was very pleased with my room, especially how clean it was. the staff were helpful. They offered directions to local attractions. i also found the breakfast great (especially the coffee!).
the parking fee felt a bit steep, considering i was already a guest.

the location is a short walk to the city center. specifically, it is less than a 10-minute walk to the minster or the shambles. this makes it quite convenient to explore key attractions.

the breakfast offered a great choice of options. good quality produce. fresh coffee was superb and there was also freshly baked chocolate cookies. breakfast is made to order if requested.

the reception staff were friendly and very cute (i arrived to the aroma of baked cookies!). staff offered help with directions and local attractions. i found the service excellent.
