I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment. BREAKFAST was great. The covered seating and smoking area is very well done.
I heard A LOT of noise late at night and early morning. It REALLY spoiled my stay! Cleaning was not up to standard. Dust could be seen, and it didn't look like any hoovering was done .

the location was acceptable as it was within a reasonable walking distance to attractions.
the room i was assigned was not properly maintained. the television received a poor signal , and the small screen made it difficult to view clearly. also , there was a noticeable draught coming in under the door , likely due to poor insulation or a gap.

the staff were helpful and allowed us to store luggage.
the parking charge seemed expensive considering i stayed there already, an additional cost on top. i found alternative parking nearby at a fraction of the price. it was very noisy, and i did not have a good night's sleep because of the trains constantly going past.

I was very pleased with my room, especially how clean it was. the staff were helpful. They offered directions to local attractions. i also found the breakfast great (especially the coffee!).
the parking fee felt a bit steep, considering i was already a guest.
